Pregnancy After Miscarriage!

Could this really be happening?!! I had a miscarriage at Week 7 on Jan 2 of this year and I think I’m pregnant again! I felt a bit nauseous this afternoon with mild period like cramping so I decided to take a test early at CD10. I’m having a hard time believing that this is positive although I know that’s what it looks like. I’m also a bit terrified. Every twinge ache and pain has me convinced this one won’t stick again. I know other people have gone through this. What have you done put your mind at ease?
