Please help

I felt funny so I took a pregnancy test Sunday and got a positive and went to er bcz of bad cramping and they said the urine test was positive and they did a blood test it was positive but only around 1-2weeks pregnant but according to my lmp I would be 4/5weeks and they did a ultrasound abdominal and vaginal and said they saw two cysts in my uterus and I asked what that means she said either it’s a growing pregnancy or a desolving pregnancy and to get my levels checked again in two days which was today I did it this morning. My question is does that mean I’m pregnant or not and does that mean possibly twins?
