No breast milk

Gave birth yesterday and still no breast milk. I was trying to breast feed and she wouldn’t latch and when she did get a good latch she just started crying right away. So I decided to pump and then was going to give her the breast milk from a bottle. But I’ve been pumping on and off since yesterday and I still have NOTHING coming out, not even any drips. When I’m pumping it hurts, is that normal?? I was doing some research and it says breast milk takes 2 to 3 days after the baby to kick in, but is it normal for me not to even have ANY at all?? 😥
