Lower back pain
This entire 11 weeks of pregnancy i have always had lower back pain. It is usually triggered when I stand, move around, or walk for more than 2 hours. I’ve asked my other pregnant friends and they said they had it but only starting in 2nd trimester. Now I’m worried....Do you ladies have or had lower back pain in the first trimester? Thanks for calming a worried mama
