Heavy flow
So I’ve been filling up a quite large pad quickly recently. I’ve also had horrible cramps. Any ways to deal with it? I’ve taken almost a whole bottle of midol and it’s only the 3rd day of my period. This is the first time this has ever happened. It’s only my 5th period.
