Should I call and ask?

I had my ultrasound done yesterday and they said the baby was super low , after she asked me about why I went to labor and delivery (due to contractions 2 weeks ago) she had a really concerning look on her face after she found out I was dilated 1 cm. Should I be concerned? Should I call and find out why?

I’d call and see what’s up but being dilated doesn’t mean much my mama was 5 cm at 34 weeks and ended up needing to be induced 9’dahs last her due date (my bad y’all 🤷🏻‍♀️)  she’s been contracting since 36 weeks but nothing enough to start labor up on her own

Same thing with me, my doctors put me on strict bed rest. I’m only 34 weeks though, how far along are you?
