TMI PHOTOS !

Can anyone tell me what’s this ? I had a nearly positive opk yesterday so we bd last night , and tonight I’ve had this but a negative opk ( urine was diluted) ? Does this mean I’m ovulating? I thought it was egg white when I ovulated ? This has a slightly yellow/organze tint to it and super sticky and thick ! When is the best time to bd now as I can’t tonight as hubby is awake but we did tonight and I might be able to tomorrow morning but more than likely to be tomorrow night?
