Double strollers HELP

Need advice -

•what is the best travel system double stroller for when baby is first born through 6-9 months.

•Best double stroller in general for after newborn baby is bigger and able to hold his head up on his own

i will have a newborn and an 18 month old and he will be born in late July... so I’m thinking we will definitely need a travel system one for football games, Halloween, Christmas shopping etc.

I would like to keep price under $500 thanks!
