Low blood sugar
I posted here about a question I had & they told me how my blood sugar drops when I go too long without eating something so it causes me bad anxiety. I plan on telling my OBGYN about this on my next appointment, meanwhile what are things that help to eat in my case? I’m doing my research online but I’m quite confused lol am I supposed to eat food that slow down the sugar absorption? Like whole grains, nuts, etc?
