Help??

I had my IUD (only had for 8 months) removed on Feb 5 and started the patch the same day. I started bleeding Feb 6, for 4 days (my period) and it stopped. Changed my patch weekly as you're supposed to. Well, the last week's patch was extremely itchy and sore. I scratched it so hard I accidently peeled it off 3 days early. Today would technically be the day I take my patch off for a week, however it's been off since Saturday.

I've been having clear, super stretchy discharge for a few days. Today it's tinged with blood, and wearing a panty liner there's a small bit of brown discharge. My period, according to Glow is due in 9 days. My period according to my week patch free should start tomorrow.

Does this sound like the start of a period or does it sound like I might be pregnant? 🤔

I'll also add I've been crazy cranky and short fused for a week, constantly tired, cramping here and there too.
