Is this safe while pregnant?

I’m having terrible gallbladder issues. I’m going to ask my midwife about this tomorrow at my appointment. But just wondering if you guys have tried this or heard of it and do these ingredients look safe during pregnancy. I need some relief from the pain, gas and bloating from my gallbladder issues..

Not sure about the other ingredients but hibiscus is off limits as it can cause contractions (also I am not sure how much is in that supplement and supplements aren’t regulated by the FDA so they can also have other things not listed in there)

I'm so sorry you're having discomfort, I personally would only trust my midwife to answer this question though. I used to have gallbladder attacks and had my gallbladder removed, I would say the best tip until you speak with your doctor is avoid as much fat as possible, that was my trigger for attacks.
