Am I preg, or should I buy a cat tower?

I need help. I'm so frustrated and have no idea what I'm doing.

My husband and I have been TTC since September. We had a miscarriage in December. My doctor told us to wait one cycle before trying again. I went to a new gyno (bc we moved) February 12th and had blood work done to check my progesterone level. When I got results, I was told that I didn't ovulate, so I was to just keep trying to get pregnant on my own with OPKs and temping. I assumed this was because my body was thrown off from the miscarriage still. My last period was very out of the norm and I've never had normal cycles.

Supposedly I didn't ovulate, but somehow my LH test is coming up with a positive line. How is that possible?

Blue: preg test

bottom pink: First Response Preg test

I have no idea when I'm supposed to greet my period because of the supposed anovulation; so I can't gauge it on that.

Am I pregnant? and if I am, is it Jesus' baby? Lol
