Birth control recommendations?

So I am currently on the Skyla iud. I've only had it for 2 months and have gotten 2 yeast infections and BV. I am getting it removed in a week. I cannot be on any birth control that contains estrogen as it gives me blood clots.

I have been on the nuva ring, combination pills, nexplanon, mini pill, and they all have side effects I cannot deal with.

Can anyone give me some insight on which birth control would be the most practical to use?
