Incompetent cervix

Funelled to the stitch 21 weeks

Big baby

Pulsing/throbbing in my vaginal area

No other symptoms and midwife just said if you aren’t bleeding or had a fish of fluid we don’t know what to tell you?

Is this my baby on my cervix? Can it send me to labour? Anyone experienced this pleaaaase help I’ve had the 2 most stressful days ever working it’s something bad and can’t get checked until my scan on Monday
