Birth photos?

I love seeing those pictures of when the baby is first placed in the moms arms. Its such an important moment. Im just wondering who takes those photos? A member of the family or someone from the hospital staff?

Hospital staff is busy taking care of mom and baby. I had my mom in the room specifically for the reason of taking photos. I cherish these so much! Here are a few favorites
