Reassurance

I'm 5' 3 and weigh pre pregnancy 246 and I'm currently 248 and 24weeks and 5days, I'm really concern on the health if my baby girl because if being so big, ftm and hurting every so often with pains, gone to the hospital serval times with them saying everything is fine that my cervix is hard and high. I guess I just need reassurance that everything is ok and everything I'm feeling is normal. I need stories of the pains you were in and still have healthly babies that stay till their due date. I also dont work atm due to restrictions so I basically sit around all day.
