carpal tunnel badly
is there anything i can get over counter for carpal tunnel syndrome.. until i get to the dr ive tryed braces is so bad now i wake up in the night my hands numb tingle and painful that i have to sit up half asleep just so it would go away... yes i have to sit up in the bed i never get any sleep anymore because of this... it feels like im on fire in my hands.
