swallowing

i get extremely nauseous when i swallow semen. at first i just thought it was the guy i was with, but i've been with 3 guys so far in my life and its happened everytime with all of them. sometimes i throw up, but mostly im just sick for about 10 hours afterwards. is this normal? or should i talk to a doctor about it?
