How long do I wait?

So I had sex two days before my period was due. My period is now 4 days late. I haven’t had sex any other time this month. Test come back negative, but wouldn’t it be too early? How long should I wait to test again?

You're likely not pregnant as ovulation and period are closer to 14 days apart.

I wouldn't worry too much about being pregnant. Ovulation starts after your period ends usually, not before.  I would wait a week or so and if it hasn't shown up take a test. If its negative, I would say you are not preggo.    This is just my opinion though, you can always call your local OB office and ask their advice for reassurance.   :)
