Special request during delivery
So I’m a sexual abuse survivor and struggle with PTSD due to it. I was wondering if y’all could help me out here. I want to request that no males be in my delivery room when I give birth because I know it’ll cause me to have an episode. So do I tell my doctor directly at my appointment tomorrow or would I tell the intake nurse at delivery? Or maybe both? It’s just been on my mind a lot tonight and wanted to ask.
