What should I pack in my diaper bag?

First time mama, need some advice on what to pack in my diaper bag! What will I need and want to have? Thanks!!!

A change of clothes for baby (maybe 2 or 3 if it was a long day trip), wipes, about 5 nappies, nappy bags, socks, beanie/hat, change mat, different sizes of spew rags cos I had a spewy baby, a few toys and any creams you use.

At least 3 sets of clothes for baby...  Diapers wipes..  A shirt or 2 for you.  If your breastfeeding all the things that go with that (I didn't breastfeed so I'm not sure on what goes with that aspect)  a bink if you use one.  If you bottle feed..  Formula at least 3 bottles clean of course.  At least 2 bottles of water.  If it doesn't come with it at least 2  changeing blankets for those on the run diaper changes and for those nasty things that we are supposed to change baby on in public bathrooms...  I always carried a extra swaddler for baby boy incase we ended up staying somewhere longer than expected.  Cleaning wipes for or hand sanitizer for visitors that may want to hold little one to use..  And if it's early a extra set of bottoms for mom in case of leaks while bleeding..  And a extra bag to out dirties in.....

This is my second daughter so I know what to expect more this time, and this is what I packed (I live in Canada):
Two newborn sleepers
One 0-3 month sleeper
A toque
Mitties for scratching
Slippers to go over sleeper when leaving hospital
Muslim swaddle
Fuzzy blanket to cover baby when leaving hospital
2 diapers (in case by chance we have an accident on the way home, hospital provides any and all diapers!)
Wipes
2 soothers
That’s it! :) the hospital provides sooo much for the baby, even this could be over-packing 🤷🏼‍♀️ buuuut of course I’d rather be a little overpacked than underpacked.
