Can anyone help with this?

I know cystic acne is a common symptom with PCOS. I personally never had an issue with it as I’d only get 1 or 2 at a time and they rarely came. Well after the birth of my daughter almost 9 weeks ago I have SO MANY and it hurts so bad. Plus I feel hideous. I want to be in pictures with my daughter but it’s hard not to feel self conscious. I’m breastfeeding so I can’t take most medications for it. Any remedy suggestions are welcome.
