Constant period pains !

I got a positive ovulation test last Sunday, obviously baby danced a few times before the positive and and the day of- but I have had constant period pains ever since. Like a squeezing pain and I’m bloated constantly! Feeling extra tired and spotty! I have been off my food and feeling sick too

Took a test this morning and it’s negative but I think it’s too early to tell tbh

Just wondering if anyone else has the same ? Thanks ☺️
