Possible implantation dip?

Could this dip possibly be an implantation dip on my chart? Today is 10DPO so this larger dip happened last night at 9DPO. I have Ava bracelet and did opk so pretty sure I did ovulate on the 17th....My cycle is pretty normal and I usually start having cramps the day before period with light spotting but that’s not til Friday and period should start Saturday. Feeling light cramps today too. Thoughts?

(Try to) Ignore all temp fluctuations during your luteal phase (so many women over analyze, and consequently stress) over every little dip and rise after O. Ignore that! You only need to focus on the 3 elevated temps after O, and a substantial dip right before AF. (Or 16+ days of elevated temps signifies potential pregnancy) but all dips and blips in between do not need to be stressed about! Good luck!!!

Implantation dips are a secondary estrogen surge and usually happen in the middle of your LP. When my temps trend like yours it means my period is about to start. Hopefully it doesn’t for you.
