So worried for a missed miscarriage

Dear all

At 7+4 I experienced a bleeding and was sent to the doctor the following day for a check up scan.. At the scan the baby had perfect CRL measures and a heartbeat (don’t know how many BPS) .. One week later I had brownish spotting that lasted for one day and disappeared..

Since week 8-9 my symptoms have subsided a lot.. I no longer feel nauseated or have good aversions.. I although experience slightly tender breasts, bloating (especially in the evening) , heartburn and slight fatigue..

I’m going for a scan tomorrow at 10 weeks exactly and am so extremely worried that we will find a missed miscarriage.. I had one at my last pregnancy at 6 weeks ..

Has anyone experienced something similar?

I’m so so scared and would appreciate all your input and experience..
