Full bladder but cant pee

At 10wks, I'd wake up to pee, as normal, and could NOT pee. I'd have to force/push So hard and maybe I would pee. This has been a regular occurance now that I'm just over 11wks. Its only during the night/first thing in the am. Has anyone else had this?

According to the internet, it's just the way the uterus is positioned and it hits the urethra. During the day I'm fine, except today its sorta the same, not as bad.

Does anyone have any magical tricks which help this?! I've tried peeing in the shower, cross legged on the toilet, squatting etc haha
