I really need some advice please!!!

Basically I had a miscarriage in November, and since then my periods have been on the 25th of each month.. last month I had my period from the 25th to the 30th.. I then spotted brown blood 5 days after my period ended for 3 days, I didn’t come on my period on the 25th and I’ve taken test that have come back negative. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this happen to them or someone they know and did anyone get a pos test or did there period come later? Thank you ladies x
