I am currently staying at my parents house sharing a small room with my 4 year old. In late April I am expecting my son. I don't have a lot of room and want to get the bare minimum of things for my son until I have a place of my own. My baby shower will be in late March. I am anxious about it because last time for my daughter is was bananas how much stuff I got and bought. 8 bins of clothes, diapers and baby stuff. That I am still going through or had to give away because I never used. Just don't want clutter while caring for a 4 yr old and newborn.

Is anyone going simple on what they are getting for their baby?
