Nexplanon broken!! Anyone experience it?

I been having nexplanon for a yr already. My periods was like spotting for 3 to 4 days. I think 1 or 2 months ago I notice that my BC was bent. Until three weeks ago I was feeling on my nexplanon and it made a clicking sound, so I think is broken. All of sudden I've been having my period for almost two weeks with a break in between and it is a light flow. I'm a bit scared that it might have stopped working. Anyone has experience it, or something similar?
