Help no period after chemical pregnancy

Hello I need some help. I had a mc with d&c 11/29 and got pregnant apparently soon after. My levels were "too low" for viability and I should of started bleeding according to "the nurses" anytime now. Well it's been 3 months and the nurses keep hanging up on me and telling me anyday now I'll bleed. Could I still be pregnant or should I have bleed by now if it really was only a chemical (or a surge because of my period as they said). I need help ladies because I'm at a loss rn

P.s. I did find a new doctor and have an appointment tommorrow but am worried still.
