Double stroller under $400?

We have a great jogging stroller with real tires but it’s a single. Our first will be 3 when baby is born and she does walk when we go places but gets tired and then wants to ride. I don’t like the sit and ride ones or the ones where they have to stare at the back of another seat or backwards. Any suggestions?

I just got a City Select Double Stroller off of Craigslist. It’s in great condition. Normally they are $800+ and I got this one for $250.

I’m getting the Chicco Bravo for 2. My toddler isn’t big on the stroller anyways but it has the sit or stand aspect. I’ve also heard good things about the Graco Uno2Duo, it has a lot of different options for seating.

The Baby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller is around $400 but if you shop around you can find it on sale for less. 
Or look online for a used double Bob

Combi fold and go but it's side by side, not sure if that's okay with you. I think you can use a carseat with it but double check on that because I got mine when baby was a little bigger. But it's affordable.
