Have you ever gotten a positive OPK with PCOS?

Question

I was just diagnosed with PCOS yesterday. I’m curious to know if anyone has gotten a positive OPK who has PCOS? (Without medication).
I’ve been taking opks for two months and all are negative :/ any suggestions? My bbt is all over the place! 
My doctor said if I don’t get a period by March 15 she will prescribe me 10mg of Provera and 2.5mg of femara. Has anyone had luck with this?
I’m feeling so hopeless

Everyone's body reacts to meds differently. I have been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 18 yrs old. I got my period once a year if that. At the age of 36, I started seeing a specialist who put me on 1000mg of Metformin, 100 mg of Clomid, and I have been ovulating and getting my period ever since! I am finally able to TTC for baby #1! Have faith, and approach this battle one step at a time! Wishing you nothing but the best of luck!

When I was trying for my first I never got a positive, not even a hint of a line on a LH and used letrazole to help me  ovulate, since I had my son, I now over produce it so LH aren't working for me, I track via BBT now, you should try a vitamin called inositol, it's amazing for women with PCOS. It's has higher success rates then Clomid metformin letrazole/femara. Give it a go. It worked for me too. I suffered 7 years of infertility.

I have PCOS, I’m on Metformin for this , and yes I have managed to get my temps half normal and also I get pos opk’s most cycles and they are correct cause it seems I ovulate then going by temps, I tell vaginally as I found it more accurate, maybe consider buying Ava or Tempdrop, they’re temping bands that do the work for you, but pricey but would take the stress out of taking it yourself, also don’t get standard sensitivity opk’s  get maybe 30miu , I think most are 20 which is too sensitive for PCOS ladies 😊😊

I sometimes ovulate in my own and have pcos. But I don’t get a positive test every month. Over a six month period I prolly had two cycles that had a peak.

I have PCOS and I get positive OPKs, but I don’t always ovulate. I got a blazing positive one last cycle, but I found out from temping I did not actually ovulate. People with PCOS can have false surges show up on the OPKs and not actually ovulate, it did look like I did the 2 prior cycles from temping.
I didn’t get a positive OPK the month I got pregnant. I think it depends on the brand, I switched from Veratrue to Pregmate after I lost my pregnancy and I feel like Pregmate is more sensitive.

I used Easy@home and got a flowing surge and even peaked then it drop as it should am guessing. 2ww in progress.
