2 and a half years trying

Here lately I have been so down about not getting pregnant everyone around me is pregnant and or just had a baby. I have had 9 rounds of clomid all with trigger, an hsg which ended in an early miscarriage of twins, and now I have just finished my 3rd round of letrozole with trigger. Today I am cycle day 20 and 8 days post trigger with 2 follicles one on each ovary. The past few days I have had af type cramps, a very low cervix, and lower back pain. I feel like it's just af symptoms starting early. Ready for my rainbow baby 😭 so sorry for anyone else going through this
