Sugar free, no fruits?

Does going sugar free mean no fruits? Or is fruit allowed? 
*sugar is horrible for my anxiety

Depends. Who is putting you on this diet? Your doctor or nutritionist,  you need to ask them how strict. 
If you're just doing it yourself you determine how far you want. I can tell you, absolutely no sugar can be dangerous,  the brain needs sugar to function. 
Fruit and other natural sugar is truly the only sugar meant to be used by humans, and the whole fruit should be consumed not just the juice. You need the fiber, vitamins and minerals and enzymes to fully digest and use the sugars instead of storing them.

Well, it’s a high amount of natural sugar. I suppose you could try it out and see if it’s any better than processed sugars, but they essentially react the same in the body.
