Sore full boobs- HELP!! 😢
I’m not breastfeeding as my baby was not latching on properly and I wasn’t producing enough milk. However my boobs are now full and sore, does anyone have any advice to help? My midwife recommended a warm shower and just let the water run down them and not to pump because that will just produce more. Anyone have anything else I can try! They are so sore!!!!
