What does Braxton Hicks feel like?

First time expectant mom here! I am currently 23 (almost 24) weeks. 
Is it too soon to feel Braxton Hicks? And what do they feel like? 
I’ve had what feels like a bad stomach ache  on and off today and my stomach feels tighter and a bit harder today.

Not too soon. Early, but not too soon! It should feel like tightening and releasing or just general soreness. It should NOT be painful, but more uncomfortable. Some people don't even feel them :)

For my son the it reason I knew I was having them is when I would have my hand on my stomach and I could feel my belly.on my hand get extremely hard and after like 30seconds or so it would release.

Braxton Hicks actually begin in the first trimester but not felt until 2nd. I’m 19 weeks along and have felt them since 14 weeks. I get over ten in 24 hour period now. In my first pregnancy I felt them around 18 weeks but didn’t recognize what they were until like 25 weeks.

Hello. They’re more common later on in pregnancy but you can get them quite early on. It feels like your outer stomach muscles are tightening, it stays that way for a short while which can be uncomfortable and then it relaxes and you feel normal again x
