Balancing nursing and pumping?! Help!

Question

How do you nurse every 3 hours and still get a pumping session in between? My baby nurses for 30+ minutes and by the time I get her down I don’t think I have time to pump and have my supply back up in time for her next feeding. How do you do it? 
About to start fenugreek to get my supply up. I can pump 3oz total if I skip a feeding but if I try after I nurse I only get about 1.5. Currently 5 weeks pp.

Does she nurse both breasts at each feeding?
If yes pump right after she’s done. It’s a power pump and will get supply up
If no nurse one side and pump the other
It also depends how much milk you need. I used to have heavy flow in morning and before bed I’d pump even if baby is sleeping

I don’t nurse and pump all the time. I might get 1-3 pumping sessions in per day. I either pump right after a feed, or I pump the side she isn’t eating on then switch. Be careful with fenugreek - it’s actually known to decrease supply in about 50% of women. Other things that increase supply are oats, brewers yeast, flaxseed/meal, coconut water/milk, and body armor drinks (because they’re mainly coconut water).

I pump after she eats for the overnight/early morning feedings as that is when I produce the most. It is a bit of pain as I want to go back to sleep, but I have been able to get more milk this way. I will do one session in between a feeding late morning/ early afternoon since she usually has more spaced out feedings.  I don’t pump during evenings as she tends to cluster feed. I usually get around 4 oz a day total from my sessions.  I use 3 oz for a bottle in the evening so I can get a break from the constant eating and freeze any extra.
