Are cramps a sign of early pregancy?

I am 10dpo and for the past few days I have had very mild cramping . Could that be a pregnancy sign even though I’m not feeling much else?

Yep, but also a sign of AF. Unfortunately most symptoms of pregnancy are so similar to AF 😕

They happen in pregnancy but no symptom is a for sure sign. The only thing I had was severe nausea. I’m now almost 21 weeks

Hmm I’m about 4 days out from AF. I’ve been feeling the cramping for 3 days ish.
