Anyone else bleed during sex?

Have been bleeding during sex and after paps for about 6 years now. Was diagnosed with a friable cervix/cervical ectropian after colposcopies. I’ve been told the bleeding is nothing to worry about except that it’s a nuisance. I have been trying to conceive now for 8 months with no success. I feel so defeated. I bleed sooo much and even clots for a full day after sex. Can anyone else relate? Has anyone had a similar situation and still get pregnant? I need hope. I apologize for the graphic photos.
