So I’m kind of in the same boat; my miscarriage took place on 1/18 but last week I started having some light period like bleeding. I asked my doctor why this would be happening since I’m still getting a VFL on my pregnancy tests; she told me that while it’s not a “true period” it’s your uterus shedding it’s lining which means you’re getting close to the 0 HCG. It’s a good sign. Hope that helps!

Yes you can. I got my first post mc period and tested positive till 7dpo (sucked because I thought it was a new pregnancy)

When did you stop bleeding from the miscarriage? How far along were you? I suggest going in for blood work to make sure your miscarriage was complete. Sorry for your loss.

I had a level of 9 on a Thursday and got my period on a Saturday (it was dropping so slow it only went from a 15 to a 9 in a week). I think it’s normal? I had an HSG which tested my tubes and uterus shape via X-ray right after that period and all came back normal. It could be the start of your period!
