Piercing

Can somebody explain to me what in the hell this bump above my piercing is? I think it started as an infection but it’s been 6 months now and it’s still there. It goes away sometimes but it comes back every time my nose gets touched. It doesn’t really hurt unless I accidentally scratch it. I saw a doctor about it when it first showed up. She said it’s not a keloid and that it looks like an infection but I’ve used all the treatments she gave me and it still comes back. It’s super ugly and I need it gone.
