Early symptoms of pregnancy?

What are some early symptoms? I’m lowkey nervous about it... I’ve been having like really bad abdominal cramps and constantly feel bloated. But it’s different from my usual period symptoms. I’ve also been really nauseous and dizzy, just overall not feeling well. I have the nexplanon implant in my arm and I’ve always never used condoms with my SO and for the past 3 years have never gotten pregnant idk I’m just concerned.

Unfortunately many pregnancy and AF symptoms are very similar - even ones you may not have experienced before - thus, could be due to either.

Hey girl! The most common signs are usually nausea, missed period, increase in urination, cravings, etc. But even then with those signs, they aren't positive indications of pregnancy. They can come if your period is coming or just cause you're stressed out or change in diet or whatever. 
And even if you are having these symptoms, it will take a few weeks to appear, not asap or within a couple days. 
But, if you do miss your period and some of the signs still continue, then take a pregnancy test and see a doctor to confirm it.
