This pregnancy is going to break me

Swelling, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, hemroids, bladder infection, nausea 14 hours a day, vomiting, dizziness, left breathless after the simplest tasks, bloating to the point I've been asked if I'm 6 months, rash, blocked sinus, nosebleeds, pregnancy brain and last but not least extreme fatigue. Few days short of 12 weeks. My first was nothing like this. Aside from severe hip muscle pain and the size again I would forget I was even pregnant. Someone please tell me they went through this and things will turn around soon.
