Does anyone ever feel their Braxton Hicks in their back?

I’m used to the tummy tightening but not my back too.. second pregnancy. First pregnancy was “normal” besides sickness but no preterm labor, perfect vitals, etc. this time around my blood pressure has been high at almost every appointment.
