Accessory lobe with vasa previa?

I am now 17w2d and after some major bleeding have been diagnosed with an accessory lobe and vasa previa.  Anyone else experience similar?  Docs said pelvic rest until delivery, expect frequent bleeding, and while unlikely our ultimate goal is 34 weeks.

I was told i may have an accessory lobe by a u/s tech but see my doctor tomorrow. Does an accessory lobe cause vasa previa? Im super concerned and wondering if csection will be the safest

I was diagnosed with both placenta and vasa praevia at my 20w scan 💔 I'm currently 23w and seeing a specialist for the first time this afternoon, so I'll know more then. But the doctor I met after my scan said thatvit looked like I would have to stop working pretty soon, plus complete pelvic rest and as little exercise as possible for now, possibly hospitalization around 28w and a planned csection around 36w. 
I'm slowly coming to terms with all of this, but I'm terrified about the long hospital stay, I hate hospitals. What about you?
