HELP ME!

I’m out of town. I don’t have the pills or the numbing cream the doctors gave me. I’m going through what I consider my first REAL outbreak. I tried to call the clinic that diagnosed me to see if they can send pills here but they cant. I know some people say sit in a tub but a bathtub isn’t accessible to me, only a shower. Is there anything I can use until I get home to soothe the pain/itch? I’m so miserable & tomorrow I’ll have to drive 7 hours back home. I don’t want to be uncomfortable the whole time 😓😥
