Back to work LOW MILK SUPPLY
I returned to work 3 weeks ago and since then my milk supply seems to be lowering. I teach and have 4th period planning so most days my principal allows me to leave early. I nurse at 6:30 before I leave, pump at 9:30, and pump again at 1. Most days I leave work around 2 to get home to nurse at 3. Then I nurse every feeding in the evening.
While at work I only pump 10-12 oz (on a good day). Some days I only get 5-8 oz.
help please!!!!
