Vivid dreams

Let me first start by saying I am very very happily married. Now that I've made that clear, I have a very attractive coworker who is very single and sits next to me and talks to me every day. While he is very attractive, he evens it out by being a complete ass. Therefore I do not have feelings for him whatsoever, but you know how it is, never hurts to look at a pretty person. Having said that, I had this dream last night and we did the dirty, all night, throughout my entire dream. I woke up very upset with myself. Does anyone else have these dreams and just hate themselves for it?

I also keep having a reoccurring dream that I am being yelled at by my boss. I don't know what that is about, but that one also upsets me.
