Second trimester & puked some blood

I’m super worried this morning I threw up some blood this morning while puking normal.

I was laying in bed & I felt I had to run to throw up & I did. It was some greenish color with some blood. More blood then I even puked out.

On my first trimester I was throwing up every day & few times a day, and once in a while I would have blood but just little bit.

With second trimester I still feel nauseous but haven’t puked in a week maybe.

I’m just worried that I had that much blood. Do you think I need to call doctor?
