Has working out helped your anxiety and stress levels?

I stopped working out after I graduated high school and my anxiety levels sky rocketed. It’s been 2 years since I was really at it and my panic attacks have been awful. I started working out again today and I feel good about it. I’m trying to find ways to relieve my built up anxiety & stress.
